ERIC T. WILLIAMS is the president of The Insurance

Eric brings 39 years of experience to the team. he always researching top companies and rates to keep the team up to date on the Health/Medicare/Life insurance market. Besides leading the team, he primarily works with Medicare supplements, life insurance, and annuities.

Eric is a second-generation insurance agent, has served on several states and national insurance advisory councils, and therefore brings a wealth of insurance knowledge to the team.

Fun fact about Eric: He retired from motorcycle drag racing after finishing 10th in the nation twice and reaching land speeds of 200mph+ at the Texas Mile.

SUSIE HUMPHREY has been with The Insurance for over 10 years.

Susie started as a part-time receptionist with ET and now is a licensed insurance agent working in Medicare, life insurance, and ancillary insurance products. Susie is great at assisting clients to find programs to help pay for expensive medications.

In 2018, Susie was recognized by Washington County’s People’s Choice awards for “Most Courteous Insurance Office Staff Member.” While Susie still enjoys doing customer service work, she is a very detail-oriented insurance agent.

Fun fact about Susie: She is the 16th of 19 children in her family. Susie still loves cooking and organizing a big family get-togethers.

KAREN “SUZE” GAMBLE started at The Company in 2018

when she retired from the Washington County FSSA after 37 years. Suze primarily works with Medicare Advantage and prescription drug plans. With Suze’s wealth of knowledge regarding benefits for low-income citizens, along with her ability to help clients with claim filing corrections, she is a valuable asset to the team.

Fun fact about Suze: She has an appreciation for traveling to “water” areas, whether it is Madison, Indiana and the Ohio River or Sanibel Island and the Gulf of Mexico, she says it’s her own “oasis.”

SHARON CRAIN WILLIAMS came to the ET Insurance, Inc. team in 2014 to primarily work in health insurance.

Prior to ET Insurance, Sharon worked as a resource worker in a social work setting. Sharon brings expertise in problem solving and customer service. Sharon enjoys teaching Medicare 101 classes and primarily works with Medicare drug plans and Medicare Advantage plans.

Fun fact about Sharon: In 2019 she ran her first mini marathon and is scheduled to run the 2021 Indy Mini. Sharon is also the proud Mamaw of 4 year old twins, evidenced by the 20°x24° picture of them that hangs within her desk view.

I have been working with E T Insurance, Inc. since 2016, assisting Medicare clients in selecting health insurance that meets their needs. I evaluate Original Medicare Part A & Part B against the State supplement plans and Federal standalone prescription drug plans. With Original Medicare and a supplement, I have ventured out and broadened my search for additional insurance, seeking better dental, vision, hearing, and other much-needed services.

Federal Medicare Advantage Plans, with or without prescription drug plans, have introduced a new opportunity for my clients. These Advantage Plans sometimes offer dental, vision, and hearing benefits, among others. I can also assist with Health Indemnity Plans. They offer reimbursement to clients for days spent in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, ambulance services, and more, when qualified.

Who is Linda Stephens Walls? I am the daughter of Bill and Pauline Stephens, who instilled in me the importance of helping others. They have passed on to their eternal life, and I hope to see them again someday. Mid-Southern Savings Bank was my workplace for twenty-two years, where I worked alongside Bill Thompson, Erma Walker, Dixie Soliday, and many others. Under the guidance of Director Roscoe Walker, we were not just colleagues but a family within a community bank. It was Eric and Sharon Williams who offered me this new opportunity. With their support, I have thrived on this journey, making a difference in the lives of our seniors, among whom I count myself.

JIMMY “DEAN” STURGILL has worked at The company  for 3 years before going full time in 2019.

Dean primarily works with the Affordable Care Act enrollees, but also works with Medicare clients.

Dean was recognized in 2019 by US Representative Trey Hollingsworth congratulating him for his commitment as a licensed insurance agent helping our community.

Fun fact about Dean: He is an animal lover. Dean is the proud owner of 5 dogs, 2 fish, and 1 potbelly pig. Dean also has a deep appreciation for hiking and the mountains, he says time in the mountains helps him “recharge.”

Ashley Adler joined ET Insurance, Inc in August of 2022 as a Research Assistant to provide support during the Annual Enrollment Period for 2023. She dedicated her time to reaching out to our clients, confirming the medications they were taking to ensure the information we had was accurate.

Before joining ET Insurance, Ashley worked at our local Walgreens as a Licensed Pharmacy Technician. This role honed her skills in maintaining high integrity and accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate empathetically with clients.

After her first Annual Enrollment Period, Ashley developed a keen interest in becoming an agent herself. In February of 2023, she passed her Resident Producer Exam and obtained her license from the Indiana Department of Insurance.

This will be Ashley’s first AEP as a licensed agent, and she is eager to assist our clients with all of their insurance needs.

A fun fact about Ashley: She moved to Salem, IN in June of 2021 from Bowling Green, KY with her significant other. They share their home with two dogs, a very large cat, and a pet turtle named Rhonda. In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, painting, and watching movies.
